New Cars Under

We had arrived in good time partially due to the lack of any heavy traffic or road work which is always a welcomed missing aspect of traveling out of state. This was not our first time going to a busy new car auction in Miami but it had been a few years since we had been there.

The last time we came down for several used cars and we were able to check out the area because we had plenty of time. This is a very culturally diverse city with great food and great entertainment not to mention the great weather. We were on strictly business this time so a good meal and a good night sleep basically sums up the agenda on this trip.

Since we were on a several new cars purchase trip with the intention of reselling the cars it was all about business and this particular auction was touted as being really big. There were certainly plenty of people mostly of which were dealers and car finders/buyers in attendance. It is interesting to note how things will have an overall effect on the people once the action gets started.

The general effect is that although there is obviously a lot of competition the bids remain low for a while in the beginning. After hearing several of the winner’s bids being announced the result is that the action tends to pickup speed and the bids start rising at a noticeable rate.

The majority of the vehicles we were interested in were extremely low mileage vehicles which had been repossessed or were being offer by dealerships in some form of distress sale approach. This is when the opportunities really can pay off if you know what you can get for certain makes and models of nearly new cars in your own area.

We knew that the market in our area was hot with buyers looking for Nissan new cars and had been for a while. This created our focus and allowed us the opportunity to do some very precise number crunching. We knew that we could likely outbid much of the competition and still wind up were we wanted to be and as it turned out it did indeed work out this way. The competition was stiff however on nearly new cars purchase prices for economical Nissan cars.

When traveling out of state to go to special car auctions or any kind of clearance events which are only for dealers or which are even open to the general public it is very important to know exactly what every detail of the excursion is going to cost from a financial standpoint.

Things may be very different if you are going to just find a really great deal on one car but when you are looking at buying several new cars purchase vehicles for the purpose of reselling them in your local market then the expenses must be very closely examined beforehand.

This is something we have gotten pretty good at over the years so it is easy to map out a plan of action. About the only thing that can be considered a downside to this is if the inventory happens to be far from what it was described to be which can happen but is rare. Generally speaking the marketing and resale ability of new cars under 15000 dollars are a safe bet when you stick to your margins. This is why research done ahead of time is so important and it usually means simply keeping up with what people are looking for.

Another situation which may cause issues is if the competition is so fierce that nobody is getting really good purchases. In other words we have seen some highly specialized sales where all of the bids were made by or being made for the individuals who were buying the vehicles in the inventory strictly for personal use. This is also very rare and it tends to only occur when the sales are of higher end sports cars or collectible cars.
